Our team of highly skilled and compassionate professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists, and Behavioral Therapists, work together to provide evidence-based treatment to improve the quality of life of those we serve.

Founder & Managing Director

Venkat, the founder of Luminous Pathways, is a parent of a special needs adult son who was diagnosed with autism and intellectual disability. Venkat is a Software Engineer and part-time IT Consultant by profession. As the President of Luminous, he guides the organization’s operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of services. Venkat and the Luminous team are dedicated to developing and delivering programs for individuals with special needs, collaborating with parents, professionals, partner organizations, public agencies, and community stakeholders.

Kamie Stelling

Director of Operations

Meet Kamie, our Director of Operations. Kamie has been working within the special needs, autism, intellectual delayed community for over 17 years. Before joining the Luminous Pathways team, Kamie helped run a group home for autistic teenagers who had severe behaviors. Kamie is also a volunteer coach for Special Olympics. Kamie is also a special needs mom. Kamie’s goal is to bring good qualified personnel and services into the homes of the Luminous Pathways clients.

Greg Bretzing

Director of Marketing and Outreach

Greg was born and raised in the East Bay, attended college in San Luis Obispo, and now resides in San Francisco. He started volunteering with the special needs community in high school and studied Psychology at Cal State East Bay intending to continue his work with the special needs community and their families. On his weekends, Greg enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and camping.

Marni Dick

Marni Dick

ABA Director

 She has  extensive experience in behavior solutions for challenging behaviors. For over 15 years she owned and operated a behaviorally focused group home for children who are on the spectrum as well as having Intellectual disabilities.
